Bernie was able to speak with Lionette’s brother in Orlando this afternoon. He had received word from Pastor Diogene and Lionette that they, along the children and others at Mephibosheth, were safe and well. However, the food shortage in Port-au-Prince is a serious concern. At Mephibosheth, they are beginning to run low on the food they had in their storeroom, and it won’t be easy to replenish it. Fortunately water is not an issue for them, as they have a well on the property.
